Refunds & Cancellations: Airline tickets are non-refundable
unless specified otherwise. Refunds are only processed if permitted by the
travel provider's rules or if One World Travel approves the request. Passengers
must not be a "no-show," and refunds or cancellations require a waiver from the
supplier.

Airline Refunds & Future Credits: Refunds or future credits are
subject to the airline's fare rules, policies, and guidelines. Carrier fees
displayed on the price page may be shown in your local currency. Passenger types
include Adult, Child, Senior, Infant, Student, and Military. Service fees for
changes, refunds, cancellations, or credits are charged per passenger, per
ticket. Transaction service fees (booking and post-ticketing fees) are
non-refundable and may change without notice. These fees are in addition to
airline or travel provider charges. Taxes and government fees are subject to
change, and the final amount quoted by our agent applies.

Special Services: Available upon request, subject to airline
review and approval based on fare rules, regulations, and procedures.

Name Misspelling: If the passenger's name on the ticket does
not match their passport or government-issued ID, corrections may be required.

Visa/Passport Decline: A visa or passport decline letter is
required to process related requests.

|
Baggage: Retain baggage receipts and tags for reference.
|
|
No-Show: Documentation explaining the reason for missing a
scheduled departure is required.
|
|
Denied Boarding: Documentation explaining the reason for denied
boarding is required.
|
|
Duplicate Tickets: Copies of all tickets showing identical
itineraries are required to process refund requests for duplicate bookings.
